In this 1 1/2 hour-long class, we deconstruct a meatless fall favorite from the bottom of the dish up! Learn to make unforgettable pasta from scratch, a wintery white bechamel and a savory winter squash filling. Baked to perfection, this one-dish meal will have you going back for seconds and thirds!

Recommended equipment: 9″x13″ baking dish, medium sauté pan, 4 quart sauce pot,  medium mixing bowl, rubber spatula, cutting board
