Can-Do Cavatelli With Derek
Violet’s Executive Chef Derek Mattern teaches you how to make perfect cavatelli pasta, just like a nonna! Master pasta dough, hand-rolling, and a crave-worthy sauce. You won’t even need a pasta machine. This 1 1/2 hour long class is a treat for adults and kids ages 12 and up.
Recommended equipment: Large pot for boiling pasta, rubber spatula, cutting board
