Apple Tart Tatin

It may not be as American as apple pie, but making Tarte Tatin is a whole lot easier! With just a few ingredients and one well-spent hour, you’ll learn to caramelized apples on the stovetop, form a buttery pastry, and bake this rustic gem right in your own kitchen.

Recommended equipment: Stand mixer or hand-held mixer,  sauce pot, medium mixing bowl, rubber spatula, cutting board, pie dishes
