Coq Au Vin

Coq au Vin is a classic French chicken stew that is slowly braised in wine…an easy breezy one-pot meal for your family and friends! Because it actually tastes better the next day, make it a day ahead and then gently reheat it right before ringing the dinner bell. Add a warm baguette for dunking and you’ve got an ideal cold-weather meal.

Recommended equipment: Dutch oven, medium sauté pan,  medium mixing bowl, rubber spatula, cutting board
